The Corporation employs people. It does not enroll investors. A holder of the badge is personnel: a name on the drill sheet, a number in the break room, a seat at a desk that is a browser.

II. Who does not
Investor Relations is closed. A badge is not a share, not a vote, and not a claim on the vending machine. The vending machine is also a website.
III. Pay
There is no salary, bonus, or benefits package. The drill is unpaid. The break room is unpaid. Anyone offering wages for holding the badge does not work in this building.
IV. Duties
Read the memo. Sound the drill when the floor needs it. Leave the break room cleaner than Information Systems left the server.
V. The badge printer
Human Resources will post the Solana mint in the Badge Office when it exists. Until that posting, the local badge number is enough to be on staff in this browser.
